Hi! I'm Ashlyn Wong, a rising senior (class of 2027) at Carlmont High School in Belmont, California.

I'm currently an editor for Scot Scoop, Carlmont's online news publication, and a staff writer for our magazine, The Highlander. Through journalism, I've learned the value of community, integrity, and curiosity. When I'm not editing or writing, you can usually find me binging a TV show or playing volleyball. I also love listening to music, reading fantasy novels, and hanging out with friends.
